First of all i would like to thank Appu for giving me a call personally! I never expected this thread to come up in the near future considering most of them are busy with work and not finding enough time to initiate/plan a meet.
As far as i am concerned i am IN as of now and shall try and get my dads XUV this time since i haven't driven it for long distance yet! If i am coming i am ok with a overnight stay at Yercaud! Shall be able to confirm when the time comes. At present i have voted for 28th and 29th! It seems that i am the only one who has voted for that option as of now!

So I guess, we can confirm the place and date by now.

On 28/09/2013

5:30am : Banglore - Chennai Guys can start from there city
8:30am : assembling at Vaniyampadi with a small casual Intro.
9:00am - 9:30am: Breakfast
9:45am : Starting towards Yelagiri Hills with the largest convey
10:30am : Reaching Yelagiri
10:30am-1:00Pm : Proper Intro session & Photo session & Some Fun activities
1:00pm-2:00Pm : Lunch
2:00pm - 4:30pm : Some Fun activities + checking each others ride
Around 4:30pm : winding up

Guys, it is just a rough plan. Hope we still have enough time to go for proper plan.
