Normally I'm fine on weekends. Weekdays not possible.
Sunday 13th could be a problem. 14th is holiday, so may go out for the 3 day weekend.

No problem Jarpicle, since it is a business trip to will be on week days, so no issue friend.
I am there on 9th, 10th, so most appropriate time for me is 9th evening, so will try and meet as many I can
