Yes, why not? The Inter-region meet will happen, hopefully, in 2013 or else at the Autoexpo 2014. I am sure most of us would be able to clear up our commitments for the expo atleast.
As far as I am concerned, its the time and unpredictable office work which keeps me hooked. As I write this post, I am parallely packing up my bags for re-location[;)].

Hi appus!!!

The farms are not at all up to mark.
Food : They serve only veg. and the buffet was delicious.
Visiting : I don't recommend this place and not worth visiting going so far.
Road : First 3 kms are bad, and then ok.
We left around 6 pm. Parking facility is there inside the compound but no shade.

Thank You Ram sir.
I was thinking of taking wife there on some Sunday if it is good enough. I think i will skip. I skipped yelagiri after getting info from carfreak. Velloore temple is on the card. Have to do on one Sunday evening.

Would love to join family meet/any other meet if that happens on some Sunday after July-August. Again, I wont be able to make it on Saturday (Mentioned the same before selecting the date before this meet too. Unfortunately, came on Saturday)

Hello Guys,

It was a wonderful time which I had on Saturday with you guys at Jain farms.

I had a work at Ambur, so I asked Dhaya & Sethu sir to proceed beyond Vellore. then I started from Vellore at 8:30am and reached Ambur and finished the work, then I started to Hosur for the meet around 10:50Am from Ambur. at that time all the members had breakfast. I received a call from Sethu sir & Dhaya and I informed my status to them. after I crossing Thirupathur Tollboth, I received a call fom Sethu sir and he asked about my current location and he informed that they are porceeding to Jain farms and asked me to come to the spot.

during the stretch I crossed 150+Kmph for some minutes. As I was riding solo, I reduced the speed to 130Kmph. for till Hosur I was mostly on 130-140Kmph.
Vista was pretty stable at high speeds and the ABS breaks gives such a confidence to proceed those speeds.

Once I reached Hosur, I switch ON my GPS at my mobile, It showed the exact route & I reached the venue around 12:50pm. As I reached the venue by one hour late, I was not able to participate in group pics of car[cry]

Anyhow, It was really a wonderful, joyful & Informative hours which I spent with all of our members.

I would suggest Yercaud for a days visit. The distance is less than 250 kms, and if you start in the early hours, you can reach within 3 hours and come back in the evening. I feel that is a better place in TN close to Bangalore. Or plan for a week end and stay back for a night. Whenever I go I stay at TTDC, offers a better deal and reasonable facilities. Normally weekends will be little crowded, and you can do the TTDC booking, online also.

AR Ram sir,
I think Yercaud is there in my mind for many months. Just head the roads are narrower. So was bit skeptical. Is it better than Ooty road? (Gudallur road - not 36 hair pin). If Yercaud, then have to stay for a day there.

By the way, other person initially i thought you is ZenAndEnfield ?

Hi all,

It was great meeting everyone at the meet. Was stunned with the enthusiasm of AR Ram Sir and ZenandEnfield Sir and Sethu murugan Sir and Gurrala Sir (who sms'ed me in the morning at 5 30 saying wake up buddy, I just got up from bed and the moment i recieved that message) who were so young at heart. Really appreciate chennai ppl for driving in for long and making it bigger than I think it was ought to be. Also all the bangalore members who made it keeping there weekend plans aside. Thanks to rekharam and also prasanna who made to meet everyone though they were not able to spend the whole day with us.

It was a first meet for me and though I met most of them for the first time, never felt like so and I felt it was great and would love be part of it no matter how often it happens.

Thanks again for everyone who made it for the meet...
