I saw the s 80 , yesterday .

i was making a u-turn in the narrow path in the lancer. he was kind enough to wait.
I saw the driver wearing a white shirt and a white pant, and he was watching all around the car when people walk close by the car. When i took photos,he moved away from the scene, showing a good gesture. And when i returned after taking a few photos, the driver again started to make rounds around the car watching for people and other vehicles.

BMW 528i

I haven't seen a BMW 528i so far,and this will be the first one for me.
I had to inspect it closely to confirm it as a 528i,as it looked like 525i from distance.
The front view couldn't be taken as a tricycle was parked perpendicular to it.I will try for front view picture,if i find it tomorrow.

The S500 looks stunning!!

Remember Verna also gets this dark blue color though not upto this mark but still that also looks like black from far distance especially in nights!

Much awaited Audi Q7

I spotted this Q7 near GH,Pondy. The driver came and asked is the photo session over,I said not yet,and e waited for me to take a couple of snaps.
After 5 minutes,he parked it near the park, where i was sitting in my car.I took a lot of photos and i had a conversation with the driver of Q7 and another friend of him,who drives a Corolla. Both their owners had come for a meeting at the beach hotel.

Hmmm so did you ask more about the car like the unique features , FE , maintenance cost etc??
I just enquired about the driving stability on highways and the pickup.
He was proudly saying that they have an automatic transmission Hyundai i10,which the owner's son used to stand on the accelerator pedal, but, the car doesn't pick up speed.Whereas the Q7 after a slight press n the accelerator, the car just zooms away in a flash.
The driver also said that both the 7 series and the Q7 are good to drive, but maintenance is quite difficult,as for service, the car has to be driven to Chennai for service. The driver was quite honestly saying that the car is difficult to drive in narrow lanes because of its size, when 2 wheelers and cyclists pass by the car.
The reason for buying i10 is that to go for city drive inside Pondicherry. For highway drives, the Q7 is used, and rarely the 7 series comes out.

Oh so Pondy does not have Bmw and Audi service stations! What he is saying is true i find my Safari difficult in congested areas so no wonder the Q7 is also tough!! And even more agony is the removal of the scratches and dents will cost a bomb for Q7!

How can he compare an i10 to a Q7!![lol]
