Can you suggest a cheap & best tripod available in the market.. I always like to play around the Shutter speed (as I take most of the pics in night time)

I bought one on ebay. SONIA BRAND Light Weight Tripod With3-way Panhead Model:ph-9 for around 1700. Good one except once you increase to the maximum height. (this is with water level).

Not used much though

There are no cheap and best tripod IMHO. You can either go for cheap tripods or you can get good ones.

I would suggest Manfrotto. Their tripods are good. costs around 10000rs.

I bought one cheap tripod (velbon cx 540) and believe me, it is not good.
