Ha ha. So finally you got one. All's well that ends well.

Looks pretty sleek. Awaiting review. Have a nice trip.
Thanks for it,finally .[:D]

ahh you ended up finaly with a roof rack. That looks good. MW is that detachable can you put a close up photo of clamps.
Thanks,yeah sure will surely put up some close up photos of roof rack soon.

Initial Review:
My car is on the Run for to day,quite happy with its roaring.Roof rack is absolutely silent,no rattle from it,but at speed above 110 there is low wind noise comming inside cabin,which i did not observed before installing.
=>Just compared to OE types,height between roof rack and roof is low.
=>It has a retractable side support for luggage,mentioned in below photo.
=>It also has a load bar which i checked yesterday,which was heavy and strong.
=>Weight of the roof rack it not much,but quality used is good,lets see what happens.
=>2 persons are required while installing and removing roof rack,and easy process.
=>Foots of rack rest on rubber strip.
below Image shows retractable support and Clamps.

need some more suggestion,please throw your input.
Inserting a rubber material(tyre rube) between roof rack clamp and Car surface,so to avoid scratches,will work?
image is shown for reference.
Inserting a tube rubber would definitely avoid scratches.
But, try pouring water on the roof(on clamps) after installing, to check for any water leakage into the cabin during rains.
I have personally experienced this problem in my Zen, to avoid scratches I added a piece of folded cloth, and i get drops of water in the cabin when it rains.

So better to try it before getting into trouble.

Update

Had a wonderful trip,car is gem,has immense power!!!
Coming back to topic,the Luggage carrier.
I had 4 Duffel bags,kept on the carrier while in the journey.
Pros:
=>Wind noise is not noticeable,when there is luggage on top,i did not hear any,even at speed of 135 kmph(My Dad[;)]),absolutely stable at those speed
=>does not bring body role was not noticeable at ghat section even at high speed cornering.
=>Can Fit 5 duffel bags with ease.
=>Removed the carrier after the trip,it took 5 mins to removed,just marked the front side,2 persons.

Cons:
=>Wind noise noticeable in cabin at high speed of 100kmph.
=>Personally saw Ctrack XA 300 carrier fitted on my brothers Ertiga,it is very ugly,satisfied with my decision,over done,and bulky.
=>Some scratches on surface where clamps were hooked.

hi Patkar_a: Nic Pictures. Even i am planning to buy Roofrack for my ertiga. Have finalised CTrack x 300 which is costing Rs.9500/-. However @Rs 5000/- Aerorack looks good as compared to Ctrack x300 which is almost double in price.

I am inclined to buy ctrack because of its looks. I need not remove it off after the long trip. But now i am confused after looking your roofrack which is half the cost and can remove it easily after the use.

About Ctrack x300 i highly recommend please have a second look,by getting it above ertiga,because a week back,i had seen on some government official car near CST Station,i did not liked it,cause from front it looks good,but from side it looks bulky according to me.

Yes it is so easy to remove that it cost me max 5 mins,with my dad(2 persons).
Way is
1)just loosen the 4 Knobs till support clamps come of the car surface.
2)Just lift it fully,and move towards back.

I have packed it and have kept it in storage.[:)]

If you want it to look sleeker, there is a Brand, ROUF RAILS in the south!
I have given a thought to it buddy,was one which was in my wishlist,but exorbitant price quoted by mumbai dealer that was Rs.21-23 k held me back in making such investment.
The deal was
base price=>15,000
Tranportation=>4000
Fitting =>1500
So round about 21-23k,as per dealer.

Yes, if you are based in Coimbatore then rouf Rails is the best bet. I too was inclined for roufrails but its price held me back. Even in hyderabad it will not cost less than Rs. 20,000/- after including the transportation cost from coimbatore. I should say DJ bro is lucky [;)]
