As much as we wanted to like the Optimus L7, we must strongly urge those who want an entry-level smartphone to look elsewhere. It's quite a shame, really, because LG's design efforts hinted at something so much greater. We genuinely appreciate the phone's display, handy NFC capabilities, excellent battery life and even its software, which features LG's UI 3.0 layered on top of Android 4.0.
Unfortunately, that's where the party ends. The Optimus L7 is a sluggish performer that is further hindered by unnecessary animations and transition effects in the UI. While that alone wouldn't qualify as a deal-breaker in the budget category, its slow data transmission speeds, incompatible trans-Atlantic 3G bands, woeful camera, lack of an ambient light sensor, subpar voice quality and flaky touch response all point to a regrettable purchase. As it stands, if your budget dictates your next smartphone, look instead toward the HTC One V, Sony Xperia U and Samsung Galaxy S Advance for more compelling options. Similarly, if you're able to avoid the contract subsidies and go SIM-free, the Galaxy Nexus is now more affordable than ever.

As you told, feel the phones LG and other phones in your hand from stores. LG is 3Grm lesser than L620 with better battery/screen/display/resolution etc.
Homeshop18 is not a bad site. I have purchased more than 50-60 items from them last being an 'American Tourister' Back Pack. Once you get the item with tax bill, you have to contact service center and not from where you purchased. So, who ever sells with Bill (with tax) can be given as the proof for 'Date of Purchase'
I bought HTC Wildfire for my wife from Homeshop18
Bought Samsung Galaxy Y for my friend from shopclues
Bought an S3 for my friend from Homeshop18
Bought my 70K camera D7100 from ebay (saw the ratings/reviews before buying)
Bought my wireless keyboard/mouse set ( 3400Rs ) from indiatimes.
Used to buy lots of apparels / shoes from yebhi /myntra /jabong/HS18.
Bought chamios cloth/car freshner for car wiping from ebay.
Bought Lens for my camera, many books, DVDs from flipkart
List never ends.
You need to wait for superdeals at homeshop18 if you want to get at really low price. If that deal is really good, it wont last even for 10 minutes. The other model LG which we were discussing was selling at 13995 when everyone was selling at 17400
Battery of android phone:-
According to me, it is actually not 100% true. Any touch/smart phone gives a lesser battery backup compared to usual physical keyboard.
Battery gets drained if/when:
1. You play games. (screen touch most of the time, Graphics utilization) . [You might have heard ; if we are putting a high end graphic card, we need to go for a better power supply unit (SMPS)]. Same applies here also. Power used is more
2. When you watch movies. (above applies here too. Graphics)
3. When you turn on GPS (It continuously try to connect to satellite and spot ur location/speed/distance remaining etc).
4.When you are on Wifi (Not heavy though. It keep searching for signal/open signals)
5. When you are 3g (It drains more battery when you are on 3g. You can easily switch to 2G by selecting GSM in network settings. 2G uses less battery)
6. If you are using for calls, you get normal backup as any other phones.
7. Lots of application running on background. You can freeze application which you dont require. Lots and lots of help @ xda . Will help more once you purchase.
And finally.. You do not browse / play more time in your normal phone. So you get more backup.
If i am just using phone with bluetooth , i easily get 2 days of backup in my dell streak.
Choose wisely.
Please do not go for E615 . Read the reviews. it was even selling for 10K in homeshop18. Read lots of reviews. Read the negatives more than positives.

If you ask someone to send a product by depositing money in their account, you may get even bigger surprise. Heard someone got a "mosquito killer as a hammer with a stone". Have you heard of ebay's buyer protection guarantee ? If you do not receive the right product, you can raise a claim and the ebay refund the money.
When i bought my D7000, I was wise enough to read the rating left by other fellow buyers. I got the product in record of 20 hrs (Chennai to Bangalore). Good thing was Manufactured/imported in March/april 2012 while purchasing in June 2012. Which ever shop i visited (Croma, ezone, pai, ashirwaads) the imported date was october 2011. Good thing - Latest BIOS updated of Jan 2013. I didnt have to download anything.
Croma/Ezone/Pai was selling @ 77K instead of mrp79999 <- emi had a processing charge of 3000 for 6 months .
Ebay with 7.5% off coupon , i got it for 63K (with 6 month emi).
If you go and buy without seeing the ratings/feedback , you will end up getting a hammer and stone

Nice answer.! Kudos to you. NOKIA is really one of the best brand. They will soon catch up with the market. They realized few things much later.
They thought nobody will go for dual-sim phone and no need of it. By the time, they manufactured - most of the people already had dual sim phone.
They took too much time to come out of Symbian. They kept experimenting in symbian while others started working on android and windows platforms.
Hope to see more development happening in Windows platform. If we get the same apps /ROMs in windows, I may buy a windows phone next :)
I had killed my phone 2-3 times by loading wrong ROM/baseband etc. No display. But, i could revive it thru command prompt (ADB shell). I know i cant kill my android phone unless i break it / dip in water etc.

there are traders, distributors and individuals all trying to sell stuff, but if someone is selling more than 1 and is giving bill with manufacturers warranty, he cant be an individual.
