I agree, had no option at that time. But now got wooden pads for the dikki sides from Varun. Will fit the speakers on that & will update this thread soon.

Thanks Sreehari, now removed the ICE (Head unit & Speakers) completely including its wiring from the car. They were pretty old & speaker's black paper thing got torn while I was tightening screws.

Will look for a good ICE after sometime :)

Just an Advice, Attack the speakers on the front doors, and make sure they are sealed properly. You will get a soundstage thats hard to beat even with high end cars.

Thanks for the idea, so you have raised the gear shifting mechanism. So you will have short throws I guess? Please do post a DIY thread of this one.

How is ur speaker box in the boot? have you solved the problem of jumping of those speaker box?

I have removed complete AC & ICE from my car. Once I buy new HU & speakers will try to mount them onto the Rear parcel tray (if possible)
