Sennheiser introduces Expand SP 30T speakerphone in India for Rs 20,990

The Expand SP 30T comes integrated with Microsoft Teams and there is a dedicated Teams button on the speakerphone. Microsoft Teams’ users can open Teams, activate Cortana, check the Teams connection status via the white LED light, and receive notifications for missed calls, voice messages, and meetings in progress.

The speakerphone supports small to medium-sized conferencing up to eight people. Users can set up a call at a moment’s notice or use the device as part of a permanent conference room solution. The Expand SP 30T boasts 18 hours of battery life, portable Bluetooth® or USB-C connection, and multipoint connectivity for up to three devices.

Xiaomi unveils the MIJIA Smart Multi-mode gateway and AQara Smoke alarm

The main product is the MIJIA Smart Multi-mode gateway which comes with support for three communication protocols, namely; Zigbee, Wi-Fi, as well as BLE & BLE Mesh. Huawei unveils Sound X Smart Speaker co-developed with Devialet

The Huawei Sound X Smart Speaker has two 3.5” subwoofers (60W in total) and uses SAM bass enhancement technology. Huawei says this is the first smart speaker with a Hi-Res certification. The bass can dive to an ultralow frequency of 40Hz, allowing you to feel the bass effect with your entire body.

The speaker has a sound intensity of 93 decibels. Even at such a high volume, sounds are not distorted and this is because the speaker uses Devialet’s Push-Push acoustic design. The Push-Push design has two symmetrical woofers installed in a confined space and cancels out noise generated at a high volume by using the back-wave thrust generated by each woofer.

Xiaomi launches a cute little powerbank with hand warmer for 138 yuan ($20)

Today, Xiaomi has launched a small power bank which also works as a hand warmer, perfect for this winter season.

The hand warmer provides dual-side heating at a constant temperature of 52-degrees. As for the design, it looks like a small retro radio and the company says that the body is made up of aluminium which can quickly conduct heat.

There are two buttons visible on the device. Pressing the left button controls the mobile power function and also display the power remaining in the device while pressing the right button for around three seconds activates the heating function and also displays current temperature. Coming to the power bank, as we mentioned it is a small one, having just 5,000mAh battery capacity. It can be useful for emergency charging and comes with built-in security measures such as automatic power-off and overcharge protection.
