Xiaomi’s Mi 3D Cinema Headset is a home theater on your head

The Xiaomi Mi 3D Cinema Headset has dual 2.54-inch 1080p screens, both with a color gamut of 95% NTSC. They support full 3D visual effects and have a diagonal field of view of 63°. This is apparently equivalent to watching a 954-inch display from 20 meters away. Apparently the screens can work independently from each other, though I’ve no idea why one would want that. Plus, there’s also full 3D support, which is great.

Ultimate Ears Wonderboom 2 Bluetooth speaker announced

The Wonderboom 2 comes with a promise of 13 hours of music playback which can be charged back to full within 2.6 hours. The speakers are rated with an IP67 certification, come with a two-tone fabric material with a centre button for play/pause and to pair it to another device and signature larger-size plus/minus buttons for volume control.

Xiaomi’s Mi Table Lamp 1S launched in China for 179 Yuan ($26)

Xiaomi has launched a few different types of lamps in the company’s home market, China. Now, the company has launched yet another table lamp in the Chinese market, named Mi Table Lamp 1S. As the name suggests, the Mi Lamp 1S launched today is an upgraded model of the Mi Table Lamp which was launched last year. The newer version of the lamp keeps the simple and sophisticated design on the previous generation product.

Xiaomi announces two new Xiao Ai smart speakers, starts at ¥169 (~$24)

The smart speaker comes in black with a rectangular prism design. On the top are the controls which include the play/pause button, volume control buttons and the microphone mute button. It weighs 468 grams and is 140 millimeters tall. The smart speaker’s main function is its ability to control several smart home products. Xiaomi says it can control up to 5000 different smart home products. It is able to connect to these products either via Wi-Fi, Infrared, and Bluetooth.

Xiaomi MIJIA Smart Door Lock with fingerprint sensor, NFC & Bluetooth launched

The Mijia smart door lock’s push-pull design integrates the fingerprint module with the handle. Thus, even though you didn’t go out with a key, you just put your finger at the sensor and the door is opened. The device comes with a 1699 yuan($245) price tag and is scheduled to go on sale at 10 AM on June 28.

The gadget also comes with a built-in in-line lock cylinder which is located inside the lock body. Thus, even if the panel is damaged, the lock core function is still intact. The lock core has built-in electronic sensor. If the shackle or the key is not pulled out, you get a reminder on your smartphone or smart band.
