Second part of Question No.2 is mostly true about me. I sometimes never ever understand why the soul driving behind me is honking. (Jokes apart, but most of the time people keep honking for no reason)

And about this "nervousness", even i feel nervous while climbing gradient. Become uncomfortable as soon as i see pin-bend or very narrow and challenging road [glasses]

Instead of giving these type of ideas to some rulers in India we should work for getting better infrastructure. After 60, is the time one starts become dependent on others.Any man would like to be independent. So, if he wants to go to the store he needs to call a driver ? I don't think so.If this idea starts to flower in somebody's brain in the government there will be the next ban. This country is already in a cramped law state.

I feel that one general age cannot be given beyond which one should stop driving. Some of the worst drivers I have seen are in the 18-25 years of age.
The government policy of requiring licences to be renewed every five years for senior citizens is the correct thing to do. However, proper tests must be there to identify bad drivers of all ages in our RTOs. In many cases, they don't have these.
Also, I feel after one age, elders should go for automatic cars to reduce the load during driving on them (and drive with speeds in control!).
