DC Design new Mahindra Scorpio custom looks wild

mahindra-scorpio-modified-1.jpg

DC designs are known for their attention to the smallest of details, to make the car a little better looking and yet making it distinct enough from other modified models of the car. Let’s look at the larger details first though. The black matte paint job can appeal to any and all buyers of SUVs. Cars anyway look better in black, that’s why most of the powerful people in the world also drive around in black cars. The matte finish just makes it look more premium like we said, it’s all in the little details.

The DC North East have surely done a superb job with the front of the car and have proudly displayed the DC logo on it, minimal yet prominent. The iconic seven slates on the Mahindra front grill has been tastefully replaced by a horizontal stripe in the middle and mesh in the background. Almost unapologetically, again taking you to the smallest detail of putting a LED light strip on the grill bar of the car.

The video shows that there are no changes done to the exterior of the SUV. However, the cabin has been completely updated and it looks different from the stock. The rear seats have been removed completely and new electrically adjustable lounge seats have been installed in the SUV. Only two seats are there now. The rear passengers also get access to the individual screens mounted on the back of the seats. The DC Design will also install an optional iPad in the rear. The individual screens are of 10-inches and it is a product of DC.

Super luxurious Tata Winger modified by DC Design looks futuristic

Winger-1.jpg

Tata Winger is a regular MPV that is sold by Indian manufacturer in the country. They recently launched the updated of facelifted version of the same at the Auto Expo earlier this year. The one used here is an older BS4 version and after modifications it looks nothing like a Winger at all. The exterior of the car has been extensively modified and looks much more premium than the regular version. The front of the car has been changed and it now gets a new projector type headlamp with LED DRLs and turn indicators integrated in it.

On the inside, Winger has been converted into a lounge and it comes with number of features. The cabin is well lit with LED lights and has a white theme to it. It can accommodate three passengers only and gets a multi function chair, a cushion, LED screens, ambient lighting, powered curtains and high end audio system. The interiors gets wooden panel on the inside to give it a premium feel to the cabin.

Tata Winger used for this is project is the older version and uses a 2.2 litre diesel engine that generates 100 Bhp and 190 Nm of torque. It is available with a manual gearbox only. The whole modification on Tata Winger looks beautiful and will give some of the expensive MPVs run for their money with its comfortable cabin and beautifully designed exterior.

Hrithik Roshan’s custom-built Mercedes V-Class by DC Design is pure OPULENCE

The pictures of the cabin interiors by DC2 shows that it does retain the original four seats but it’s unclear if the middle row seats can still be revolved or they’re fixed. Further to the seat features, it comes with an electronically controlled recliner which can be controlled by a panel situated on the armrests. To add the luxury of the pearl white seat cover, the windows have wooden panels. These panels are retractable as per the choice of the car owner. The stitching of the white leather seat covers is dotted with diamonds and takes the luxury factor to a whole other level. The wooden panels run all around the car, giving it symmetry and is coupled with ambient lighting that can be controlled and changed as per mood.

Even the car was launched in India just about a year back, it has quickly gained a lot of popularity. Amitabh Bachchan became one of the first popular Indian celebrity to procure it. The base variant is priced at INR 68.4 lakhs and it goes up to INR 82 lakhs for the extended long-wheelbase version. Mercedes Benz is on fire in the market as they recently launched the Marco Polo adventure variant and it is priced at INR 1.48 crores. The Mercedes Benz V-Class is powered with a 2.-litre BS6 compliant engine. The car can generate a maximum power of 162 Bhp and a peak torque of 380 Nm. The transmission installed in the car is a 7-speed automatic.

DC Design unveils modified California Roadster

dc-design-modified-california.jpg.jpg

The video clip shows the concept in detail. While there are not many details regarding the road legality and powertrain options on this vehicle, the aesthetic changes are evident. The bonnet of this car has been made to aid the aerodynamics of the car, the front bumper is quite sharp and sporty with a massive splitter to protect the underbelly and reduce drag coefficient, the LED headlamps are sleek, and the overall silhouette represents genuine hardcore sports car credentials.

DC-Design Hammer – What it looks like in real life

dc-hammer-on-road-featured.jpg

The popular Indian automotive designer Dilip Chhabria is known for creating some of the most unique cars. Some of his car designs have also been termed outlandish and are generally not seen on public roads. Recently, a few pictures of the DC-designed Mahindra Thar, called the DC Hammer, were seen parked on the side of a road.

These pictures of the DC Hammer Mahindra Thar have been shared on Reddit. From these pictures, we can note that this particular DC Hammer is based on the previous generation of the Mahindra Thar CRDe. At the front, we can note that the car has been given a completely new front fascia. It almost looks like the new Thar.
