Race Car Helpline: Poor Service (Issue Resolved)

This company ::.Racecar Helpline .:: is doing fraud with me

Their representative took away Rs 1000 from me and they havent send me membership card to me even after 10 days (called them 100 times)

Also on their website charge shown is Rs 750 annual . This means they overcharged me Rs 250

Luckily i got a hand written note from the person who came to my car battery recharging about Rs 1000 receipt

Please help me if anybody has contact in this stupid company

Spoke with them on the mobile numbers mentioned. Gave them a sound advise. They have told that by evening they'll call you. And withing 2 days the card will be reaching Vaibhav.

even 750rs is a lot for 1 car. i use crossroads and i pay 1400 rupees for 3 cars. and it's going to be renewed today only.next year get the crossroads membership. they have good service.

Man, they don't even know a single thing. They don't even know what "Car Breakdown" means. They are even not aware of their services.

Have given them your mobile number and they'll be calling soon.

Height: They didn't even know how to spell the name correct.

Sincere Advice: Do not refer it to anyone. Do not depend on them.

If you don't have a membership and you call them they will take the extra money. Crossroads take 400rs if you call them without membership.

They are like this when you Haven't even started using their services. I will recommend you to get crossroads.

PS: I availed free plan

They deserve every bit of it! You could have gone with the longer route and done a legal case on them but it would have been too tiresome. Anyways great to hear that they gave that card.
