Rough time would be between 9 and 10 AM,and the Exact schedule can be made by Friday or Saturday based on the number of members,number of vehicles,and the places from Where they start.

2-3hrs from Chennai to Pondy in ECR route.

I think after 6 am you can start from your place in Chennai. That is enough to reach Pondy.

For chennai to pondy it will take around 2 to 3 hours.
There are two routes one via tindivanam 4 lane and via ECR 2 lane.
I prefer via ECR because of less traffic and scenic drive.

As like Raj mentioned ECR route Will be good for You.

Incase if you choose Tindivanam route, let me know about the same.

I can give company to you guys from Tindivanam to Pondy.
