Btw, try this simple 'nuskha':-
Add half spoon of tumeric powder is hot milk before going to bed, half hour in advance. It does wonders. Also, buy Chyawanprash from Baba Ramdev shop outlet, it is really solid.

Major shopping was done in cloth shops for kids and other family members.
Didn’t check the cell phones,
Our family doctor and medical shop owner is benefited by few hundreds.
Already doing gargle with warm water and salt.
