It depends on what all you install. For subs and amps and components, it can eat upto the whole day. morning to eve.

Check the system to your satisfaction before you leave the shop. Its very important. Also, ensure all your stuff is in place. Nothing is missing, keep the remote at a secured place. remove all small wire cut pieces from the car. Ensure that you donot roll down your windows for the next 3 days as you install a sun film. Try and test the system with the installer there and then.

This is all what I have learned from my system.

Last and the most important thing. - You have paid your hard earned money to the acessories guy. You can question him in case the output is not upto your expectations ( realisitic expectations ofcourse) . donot hesistate to question on what is happening during installation.

diehard today or tommorow you will definately see pics in new thread.
but polo company fitted speakers in front is not so good and if your rear is 609c u wanna die to get that in front. Watta component amazing enjoied it.
1215 subs is also very very good and sufficient for hatchback. Amp as all sound great it is work of your amp so 646 is good too.
Sony HU amazing sound output amazing clearity in pics.(Still to watch movie).

Now diehardi20 one more question.
Polo front speakers are company fitted and Nut bolds is opposite so my ICE dealer sayz you will have to break the speaker. I really want 609c in front also.
U suggest what to go for.

Hi Kush,

I am not convinced with the fact that the company fitted speakers cannot be removed. They are attached via a coupler and I think your accesories guy is just trying to increase his sale. If you can put the components in the front and the stock speakers at the back, it will not help him. He is probably trying to sell you another set of 6" speakers.
Try the company showroom or any other shop to remove the speaker from the front and put it at the back.

I am pretty sure, you will be able to swap the speakers without damaging them.

My suggestion is , keep the stock speakers on rear door. ( Save money and plan a better upgrade for future) . Since you will be driving most of the times. Sound Quality around you is important. So swap the places and keep the stock speakers. Try this combination, if it does not work for you then you can plan to upgrade to components.

Component speakers create a sound stage around you as they have the capability to divert appropriate frequencies to appropriate drivers by using the X-over circuit. So, if you are the driver for most of the time then always go for components in front and rear fills can be done by 6" co-ax drivers.
