@Arkin.almost 60-70% of modified Swifts have the same pattern.
The first three are pictures of Swift with the same design,but it has a different "V-shaped" front grill.
The last two pictures are that of a kitted Santro,and the owner said it was done at G.P.Road,which cost him around 15 k.

Its for the cost of kits and the designs available for the price around 10k.
The owner himself told me that he could have done better if he uses it regularly,as he is a bike racer in Chennai and will mostly be driving in his bike.This car is just another vehicle for him and not merely kitted for show off purpose.

Yes,it belongs to Mohi,and there is a group called "Streetglow" in your area,a few guys with modified rides like OHC,Lancer,Swift,Estilo and other cars.

Hmmm now am confused whether this is Shriram's car or Abilash's car! Both of them have the same cars , have the StreetGlow sticker on their windshield's and both of them studied with me till my 10th!

@ Arkin I think the interiors has racing seats , not sure though!

If we go by the exteriors, The OHC you see in pictures is typically not a modified car but it was sure being driven by some automotive enthusiast who preferred to do more go than the show. It had a little shark fin antenna and an aftermarket exhaust pipe which was producing a soothing sports car like sound, but not too loud it was.
