Well,this 'Chitra lena mana hai' thing shows how good our government is a enforcing the rules,the place where this hoarding is put,there is not even a police man in a radius of 5 kms from the spot.

In the first pic I am looking angry because at that time I was about to move the car and suddenly came a tractor in front,so it annoyed me.
