You will not be painting the inside of the brake drum so there should not be any affect on braking.

Theoretically the extra layer of paint should slow down rusting.

If you do not allow the paint to harden for at least one day it will still be soft and you may come across problems like dirt/debris sticking to the paint, chipping and peeling.

yesterday gave the vehicle to my new service center Spalsh nearby (I am fed up with ASC already). This guy will do everything starting from fitting and painting etc.Asked him to do center drums white and outer rims blue light blue.Should look good.

Will take 2 days minimum as its little rainy weather at blr.lets see how the result comes.

Will post pics asap.

Also planning one LED angel eye kinda thing. With LED strip. the only issue is fittiing it inside the headlight dome assy.

Cross your fingers!

How will you make a circle with LED strip? I think you can just buy the LED ring online. Honestly even I have no idea how to put it inside the housing without cutting it to pieces.

Fingers opened, 1500 charged, will take the vehicle back, will do some cheap painting alternatives locally.

LED strips small ones cut into a piece of total 6 LEDs in a single strip, glued with Double tape, then circled in outward facing direction will stick to the bulb aluminium socket surface. The only issue is the heat of the bulb generated, melting is a great risk.

So painting not done?

I would not worry about melting the Strips, but the LEDs themselves can get damaged by temperatures >70C so it is more than likely that the halogen bulb you're using will damage the LEDs.

No its not done, got it back and will give to a different local spray painting shop.

The issue is correct but then I am using the headlight bulb very sparingly only usage is the flashing for pass or say for some 2mins constant if I know the road is potholed and bumpy so that issue is little less on my mind. The primary concern is fitting as I dont know how to open the reflector assy from the scooter headlight dome.trid earlier as well but could not. Also I am planning to attach it close to the bulb holder as the heat disspiated will be little less.Fingers crossed.

Kannan where r u boss?Do u have ever opened the headlight reflector assy of Access?I am sure it can be opened but then I just remember my struggle and consequent failure to open the indicator reflector recently and all went in vain.

got a new silencer cover for the scooter got it scratched and the corner broken while going inside a jam packed lane by hitting with the lamppost.

Re: Peal Mirage White (YPA) Suzuki Access 125

Too busy with work these days. What's new?
Hi Viru, newsis wheel painting just got done today after 5 days of tiring work
Cost 800 bucks ,not too happy with the results as the colour is too light as per my personality thats wat I feel, i had askedfor a royal blue and center drum brake but cannot help it they are the masters according to this guy this is omnipotent for both day in and out but yes one thing I agree is that since center drum is black dark roayl blue would not have been too great also and I was not in amood to paint all same colour.

Ordered a pair of budget farzee(yeh dilli da word hai pappey)angel eye for h4 standard halogen bulb.
Also planning to order these:
Bicycle Tyres LED Light With Adaptor FOR Motorcycles AND Cars | eBay
Just let me know if u feel this is gonna be great or its gonna be too funky for me.

Regards
