and do take caution. don't take the car above 2000 rpm especially in second gear. for a month or maybe or so don't push the engine hard as many says after some years engine won't give much problem.

and then it seems like it sure have good suspensions [;)] and every city has been air bombarded [lol]

Yup I read the manual on my "first night". The run in period is 1600 kms, during which they want us to drive below 2500 rpm, in varying speeds and gears, without accelerating too quickly or breaking too hard. They should have added one last line - "good luck doing this in actual traffic conditions" even though I will do my best.

congratulations on the purchase. Sunny has superb torque at low rpm is easy to drive. Good Observations- my finding from the 8 km long test drive i had was brakes don't do anything for a little distance you depress the pedal. Its only after that 'play' does it start to bite. Seems like a calibration issue rather than any fault with the brakes themselves. I did ram the brake pedal a few times at speeds over 60 km and found them to be ok-- not the linea/ etios standard though. Uneven panel gaps at the front-- it seems to have been pointed out earlier in some ownership review
Here's an update - I got the panel gap fixed from the Nissan A.S.S. Now the bonnet lid sits evenly on the grille.

Couple of things - I like how the car behaves on the open road. The pickup is great and feels powerful. BUT in heavy the turbocharger can prove to be a liability...all of a sudden it will lurch forward with newfound vigor at a random moment when you're slowing down with your foot on the brake. If one is not careful and ready to press the brake hard suddenly, you may hit something!! The ride, as mentioned earlier, is super smooth like a large american sedan

Hi disperspective, Good to note you say that the ride is smooth. My week old sunny is slightly stiff in its ride. Even small bumps are getting passed through to the cabin at low speeds. I'm not very happy with this; is that because of over inflated tyres? not sure yet to check. I was expecting a better ride quality- I did drive over some bad patches in my test drive but the car handled those pretty well. But the car i have been delivered is not soaking any bumps and it rebounds with thuds-- very annoying. Have to get it checked

Yes you should get your tyre pressure checked, and if that doesn't solve the problem, take it to the service guys and have them recalibrate the suspension.
