No not factory fitted.Actually they are 3D stickers .It is in value pack of taken from dealer.

Yes. it is hydraulic fluid reservoir for the power steering.
Please don't use water regularly under the hood. IMHO it will be better if you keep water away from engine bay. I never use water spray in engine bay. i leave it to the servicing guy if required. Water may cause screeching noise from belts (temporarily). Moreover Spark has a firewall insulation under the hood (looks like carpet). So, it'll be better if you leave it dry. Cleaning the engine bay with a wet cloth should be enough.
If water goes into the air filter, depending on the amount of water your car may struggle to breathe or may not start at all in the worst case scenario or just white smoke may come out of the exhaust pipe.
BTW, I have seen servicing guys using some aerosol spray to clean the engine bay. I haven't used any till now.

That was interesting review and I was so happy to see another spark owner here. You have very nice snaps added to review which is really good. And one more thing added to the list is you are having same like mine, Velvet Red, LPG, LT version. Only difference is yours is Type 3 and mine is Type 2.
And I really envy on your FE man. Mine is not even 10 in LPG. I am giving it for service next week and i have to force them on FE part.
Few doubts from my part.
Your doubt regarding battery cover, since it is positive point i think there is a cover to protect it.
Regarding your cabin light, easily you can fix LED which costs you around Rs. 250. Am sure you will love it. Some pictures from my sparky with cabin LED.
Hey thanks for mentioning my name in your review friend. I did n't know that. I think you have gone thru my threads fully. Dont know before or after buying a sparky.
When I see your instrument cluster I believe it will easy to swap the plastic/sticker of 2013 control panel to mine.
And after reading your review it tempts me to do mine which is very long time pending.

it comes with car; OEM fitted as my car is LPG type.
