A small update,the car went for the pump service. Till now 6000rs for pump service and 850rs for timing belt. The car is in mechanic shop, will upload the pictures once it arrived.

That sounds good.. I've done pump service for Rs.8000 in Chennai.. BTW, where you done the Pump service?

I thought that 6000rs itself higher however comparing with you it seems to be lower. I have done the service in venkataeshwara diesel pump service located in Narayanapuram(near balaji dental college).

Total cost was

Pump service - 6000rs
Timing belt - 850rs
Alternator belt - 320rs
Overflow kit tube - 120rs
Labour -1000rs

Total - 8290rs

The car now run like a petrol car, damn smooth. Will have to check for mileage.

Definetely you will get very good mileage & you can feel the difference in pickup as well as in acceleration.

BTW, Did you changed spark plugs? if not pls check and change it. I heared from one Mechanic, that around 60K+kms we need to check & change the sprak plugs.. Just check it.. If necessary change it..

Past 2 days checked the mileage its 20 to 21 without AC. Not yet checked with AC.

I changed the sparkplugs recently only, anyhow will review with our mechanic.

I purchased through shopclues.com and each pair cost 100rs. It flashes in blue color when its running.

It seems that there is no warranty. Not yet installed in my car, will definitely upload pics.

Yesterday there was heavy smoke while moving through 2nd and 3rd gear. Took the car to the pump service to inspect. They checked and just removed 1 pipe behind the turbo unit. Now the car performs well and without smoke.
