There are other odd things:
1. The driver illumination lite is somewhere in the middle, whereas all the cars that i have seen they have it near the driver.
i have to lean back to turn them on, when needed.
This is a clear case of cost cutting :(

2. Cant c the bonnet. I come from the santro zamana [;)] and this is a huge problem.
In bang, where there is bumper 2 bumper traffic, its vital to ensure that we maintain distance btwn vehicles ahead, in order not to hit/ get hit [cry]
Most modern low sprung cars are like this :( can't help. You can easily get used to it by visualization. Just park your car and move an object as closely to the front bumper as possible (may be touch it). The object can be a high stool or a bike or anything that you can see from the cockpit. Then all you need to do is sit and visualize the distance from your windshield and the object for a few minutes. Quickly that registers in your mind and you will get the feel and then it’s as good as seeing the bumper . My 2 cents, it worked for me in the past :)

4. Lite throwback sucks big time, i oft have to swtich betwen hi and low beam to avoid hitting potholes/bump.
i am planning to get osram/Philips light extendor to correct this issue
I was thinking the same. Please let me know if you do it. I don't want to meddle with the electricals. If just a bulb replacement without any additional relay does the job, I will definitely get it done.

Are your mirrors electrically retractable?
Unfortunately no. Would have been nice to have it though ;)

that was a nice unbiased review. Quite good!
I am sure that you made the best choice. Even I don't like the styling of Brio at times but considering the car. You will tend to give up on the looks!
btw, no full vehicle picture?

Hi Sunil- My Brio's mirror got smashed by an idiot overtaking from the left (Did your dealer happen to give you a quote for the whole assembly as well as mirror, cap separately)..My dealer asked me to bring the car to assess the damage and to give quote..Thanks in advance!

Sorry, I did not get the quote for the mirror assembly as the damage was only to the mirror skull.

Are you able to adjust the Left OVRM and is it intact? If yes, then the damage to the mirror assembly is unlikely.

I upgraded to 100/90 philip extremes with relay box fitted (to preserve honda wrranty)
The bulbs worked great for about 2 months and then burnt out, possible due 2 the relianze autozone guy doing a shoddy electrical job

Now i m back to stock 60/55 yet again[surprise]
