Called another dealer,He said price is nearly 4000rs. Seems like i have to bargain there. He said he will give me 600-650rs for the old battery.

Oil Change DIY,Battery Upgrade,Oil Filter Tool,etc

Bought AMARON FLO 42B20L. MRP is 4027RS. I got it for 3900RS,Got a discount of 550rs for old battery,So paid 3350rs for the battery. Now my car is starting like hell.

Oil Change DIY Coming Soon. Bought:

Shell Helix MGO 20W40 3Ltr Can~ 770RS
Oil Filter~80RS
Oil Filter Tool~200RS

Total~1050RS.:)

Changed oil today,HERE is the DIY.

After oil change,engine felt more silent and smooth than before.A Fresh Feeling.

Sorry i somehow missed replying here, is that a synthetic or mineral oil? Also did you flush the engine before pouring the new oil?

Its OEM Mineral Oil.No,I didn't flush the engine.Is flushing needed?

Its good to flush atleast every 20k kms. Just get the flush liquid next time when you change the oil. Just add to old oil idle the car for 5 min, flush the oil.

hmm doesn't little bit of the flushing agent remain in the engine?Will it cause any harm?

The purpose of flushing the engine is to take out the impurities from the engine, so that when you pour a new oil, the engine performance will match that of a new engine.

No it is like kerosene, it takes out everything out, but i do not know how accurate this process is.

hmmm ok bro will ask someone about its cons and will let you know. If no problems,then will flush the engine next time.

Replaced Clutch Cable

Replaced Clutch Cable yesterday,was feeling a bit hard and its very old too,for safety's sake,Changed it.Clutch cable costed me 220RS and 50RS labour.

Alto Foot Light DIY

Just fixed foot light on left side,will check the light at night and if satisfied will fix on right side too.

Wiring done from dome light,so will be on when the doors are open and will be automatically turned off when door is closed.

And polished Dash Board using 3M Dashboard Shine,Result was very good.
110RS for 100ml bottle.

Here is the final out come.I am Satisfied with the light. Will fix on right side soon.
