Remove the instrument cluster, then remove the speedo glass, then need to remove 2 screws located next to the speedo needle, finally pull speedo needle and then the plate out, you are done..

Yes the same way, but please don't use thinner / ip solution, my experience I have got the cluster damaged.

Best use a sand paper..

Me too bit confused with your question, because I have the same question..

It wont damage it you use sand paper with 2000 / 1500 grit.

Quality of plastic is good.Nuts,screws,clips and everything needed for fixing is included in the box,along with a instruction manual on how to fix it..

Will fix it and click some pics,also will be cleaning the throttle body tomorrow.

Cleaned throttle body and fixed new mud flaps

Cleaned throttle body.
Expense:300rs for labor and 150 for Spray and Flap Clips.

He didnt used the screws in pack,he said it will damage the bumper,so fixed it using clips.

Didn't noticed any big difference,its a bit more smooth now.

Car needs a wash soon :)
