I have seen many Ertiga V and Z version owners thrown away factory OEM HU and replaced with 2 DIN Touch screen full function HU.

I saw people quoting Z model HU+4 speakers as low as 5K in olx. Good for people who buy L models, just plug and play.
L model is only for taxi, I guess. It is plain vanilla car and some features like ABS and Airbag cannot be added as after market fitment. I believe, car manufacturer should consider to provide an option to chose HU as per their will.

^^
LDi is ABS equipped. But no other features except AC and PS. Yes its mainly for taxi market , but people who like to customize their cars its a good option and add accessories as they like (specially audio).

Congrats on your new buy. The color is awesome!
thanks a ton tai_newbie!

Finally you decided to be a luv`er. Better choice and happy miles ahead type-r.
thanks Kinky for the wishes!

UPDATE: As it is with Delhi traffic, the car got its first shunt already. It was parked in some small lane of Uttamnagar area as we had to attend a party and another Ertiga tried to fit in a spot behind ours and just crashed into the rear guard.

The result:

one side of the guard is broken now. who said these guards don't come handy? [roll]

Well, that's a hypothetical situation.
Great that your bull bars saved your LUV. But what happened to the other LUV? Was it a taxi? How come did he come crashing?

The rear bull bar does look like what is common in taxis, however in current day to day traffic, it definitely saves the vehicle from lunatics driving on roads [:)]. Specially in Delhi. [anger] I have them installed on my Ertiga ZXI as well. The ABS will definitely help me stop the car hitting anything in front but in rear it is saved by the bull bar.
