@Ravi sir,20 Rs is very cheap when compared to Verna,as I have spent nearly 5k on my OVRMs alone.
It was once hit by a Swift(Doctor's) when i was going to my college, and the ORVM got broke from its position and it damaged my driver side window, and i spent a totalof 2.6 K for the side mirror assay and the window(400 Rs).

Yes, surendar. I understand, almost all the parts of ORVM are available individually as well as whole assembly. Thanks to Fiat India for making available the spares at dirt cheap.

That is the biggest advantage of your Linea's ORVM sir. AFAIK most of the vehicles ORVM'S comes only as a complete assembly.

Yes sir,all OVRMs are available as individual and as assembly, but,at Hyundai,Pondicherry, even a minor displacement, the whole assembly will be changed and the same error can be corrected with a adhesive paste or by changing the plastic part at other shops. They don't even manage to check hoe big or small the damage is,the only answer will be "Sorry Sir,We have to change the whole assay!".
I have got that answer a few times, and i did the job outside for very less amount,to be exact Rs 5-10.

This is the disadvantage with these people. Always looking out for some or the other way of looting the customer. I'm not sure if I should continue sending my M800 to a Maruti Dealer SS for its service and to replac/e fit minor stuff.

its great to see so many FIAT lovers here. I'm new to the family. and i own a fiat punto 1.4 emotion. initial mileage looks bad[ compared to the maruti 800 its way bad] but the car is pure awesomeness. the comfort and the power has no equals. long live fiat in india [and i hope that would be the case][:D]

Hello Nevinpowers welcome to our forum. Why not start a separate thread and tell us more about your car?

Punto is a great product from Fiat and yes even i hope they will survive in their second stint.

My Fair Linea Celebrates Her First Birthday

Today, my fair Linea celebrates her first birthday. I wish her many more happy returns of the day.[:)]

She has done 8521 km in the last year. But, she has a busy schedule the next month to cover 5000+ km in MH, GJ, RJ, UP & DL.

My Linea has been trouble-free and niggle-free, whatsoever. I enjoyed driving my Linea and hope to do so in the future too. My Linea will go for the second free service the next week.

Thanks a lot, Akash, for kind greetings. I didn't take my Linea out yesterday since I was busy in renovation works of my home till late evening! So, no birthday presents.[cry]

Thanks, mukeshus. I have planned a 18-day, 5000+ km trip spanning in KA-GJ-RJ-UP & DL in the following route:

Bangalore>Pune>Ahmedabad>Jaipur>Agra>Delhi>Jodhpur>Udaipur>MtAbu>Palitana>Surat>Belgaum>Bangalore

I tried to upload my itinerary in Excel file but in vain.
