You have the 2012 model [surprise] and you already crossed 8000 kilometers.

my bike's odo is near 7500 [lol] after 3 years and no i haven't replaced anything except the horn [:D]

the stock one was really bad.
Mine is a 2011 model. I use my bike more than my car because of Chennai's traffic plus its a pleasure to ride the beast

oh ok , i thought you meant by newer that you have the 2012 model [:D]

but really that's a lot.

a guy came for inspection of the bike and looking at the odo he said " bas itna"

i said yeah just this much.

he said then why did you even buy the bike at the first place [anger] i was so angry at this statement but still he didn't mention dents on the bike so i kept my calm [lol]

hey guys. what do you think will be the resale value of my bike ? it has clocked just 7500 kilometers. few dents here and there. and is a 2009 model.

i was thinking of selling this and buying some another 2 wheeler :\ if i get good money on this then only i'll sell otherwise not.

the thing is , the bike just stays at one place for days. and i think the bike will just die standing like that, what do you guys think ? [confused]

Well i try to maintain all my cars. But my bike. It had so many problems from the beginning. Why ? Because of my friends.

I mentioned before , my bike had 2 accidents which is causing so many problems. Everyday there's some problem.

Yamaha r15 v2 vs thunderbird twinspark vs cbr 150?

I am 5 feet 11 inches, 80 kg. Always like a royal enfield for its sound and ultimate style. But I am also very fond of quick speed and high torque as well as low maintenance. My max budget is ~1.25 lakh. Also heard that kawasaki ninja 150 is coming into the market. I don't want to classify between sports bike and cruisers. Please suggest me which will be the greatest choice for me.

I have a similar build like yours and believe me take either the electra or the thunderbird. I didn't like r15 justbecause the bike is not build for people like us [:D] bike looks so small. So take bullet or thunderbird [thumbsup]

And thunderbird is also good if you want speed. I have never taken the bike above 90 kmph but it reaches 90 kmph just like that.

i'm feeling really good [:)]

just came back from a local bullet shop and the mechanic said you don't have to worry , your bike's in good condition.

it's his words : " every person thinks his things are in bad conditions but i assure you your bike's totally fine. and no need to do anything"

what i felt was a problem in my bike turns out it's present in each and every bullet. the sepage problem. the mechanic told me just to clean it often and the bike's good.

now i can't even think of selling the bike.

tomorrow will get the bike serviced :

engine oil
oil filter
air filter if the bike has [:D]
the suspension seal
washing

and will polish and wax myself. so some new pics will come up tomorrow. [thumbsup]
