Massive discounts on previous-gen Ertiga unsold stocks

With the new model now in showrooms across the country, the brand is looking to clear any remaining stocks of the previous-gen model. Maruti Suzuki Arena dealers are currently offering discounts as high as Rs 1.08 lakh on unsold stocks of first-gen diesel Ertiga, depending on inventory. The petrol model – powered by the old 1.4-litre K14 petrol motor – is available with benefits of up to Rs 53,000. In comparison, the CNG version of the old Ertiga is available with a comparatively meager Rs 28,000 discount.

Renault Duster prices reduced, New AMT variant launch – 2019 price list

One of the bestselling SUVs in the country, Renault Duster has received some key updates including a new diesel-AMT option. Changes have also been introduced in Duster’s variant line-up with the deletion of mid-spec petrol RxL, Diesel 85PS Standard, and Diesel 110PS RxZ AMT and addition of petrol RxS trim with manual transmission.

With these revisions, Duster is now available only in three trims – RxE, RxS and RxZ. Prices have also been reduced, a move probably aimed at clearing existing stock before BS-VI emission norms kick in from April 2020.

Maruti S Cross discount on current variants – To get 1.5 L diesel soon

This most expensive vehicle in the company lineup is being offered at a hefty discount upto Rs.80,000 to clear out unsold stock.

Maruti Suzuki S-Cross, the current flagship product from Maruti Suzuki, is being presented with discount schemes amounting to Rs. 80,000 which includes a Rs.45,000 cash back along with Rs.25,000 exchange bonus and an additional Rs.10,000 as corporate bonus. These discounts are exclusively on the S-Cross Sigma and Delta variants.

Jeep Compass gets a chunky discount: Tata Harrier effect?

The Jeep Compass SUV is now available with discounts of up to Rs. 60,000, and these discounts are applicable to even the 2019 model year Compass. The Tata Harrier’s recent launch at a super competitive starting price tag of Rs. 12.69 lakhs could have prompted Jeep to come up with the attractive discount offer even on the 2019 model year Compass. Also, sales have been slipping, and in January 2019, Jeep sold only 1,267 units of the Compass, a full 40 % drop over January 2018 numbers (2,106 units).

2019 Maruti Suzuki Dzire Available With Good Discount

These offers are available on MY 2019 Maruti Dzire and not on the cars from the last year’s stock. The petrol version of the 2019 Maruti Dzire can be bought with a cash discount of Rs 25,000. The company is also providing an exchange bonus of Rs 30,000 if you sell your old car to the Maruti dealership. However, you get only Rs 20,000 in exchange bonus if your old car is more than seven years old. The diesel version of the 2019 Maruti Dzire is available with a cash cut of Rs 20,000. Those who sell their used car to Maruti Suzuki even get an exchange bonus of Rs 40,000, but only Rs 30,000 is offered in case the old car sold to the company is more than seven years old.
