Kawasaki India Rolls Out Year-End Discounts Across Range Up To ₹ 1 Lakh

Kawasaki India has rolled out several offers across its motorcycle range in a bid to clear existing inventory. The manufacturer is offering discounts up to ₹ 1 lakh on the bikes and accessories on the 2019 model year bikes and is called the Over Drive Voucher. This includes a flat ₹ 1 lakh discount on the Kawasaki Ninja 1000 that makes it more attractively priced than ever. The second-biggest discount is on the Kawasaki Z650 that of ₹ 85,000, while its full-faired sibling, the Ninja 650 gets a discount worth ₹ 75,000. The Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R and the Vulcan S are being offered with a discount of ₹ 66,000.

Rs. 1 Lakh Worth Discount On BMW G310 R, G310 GS In December 2019

BMW Motorrad, the motorcycle division of the luxury automaker, is offering discounts on two of its popular bikes, the G 310 R roadster and G 310 GS adventure bike. The entry-level bikes are priced at Rs 2.99 lakh and Rs 3.49 lakh (all prices, ex-showroom) respectively.

The year-end benefit means that the aforementioned sum now includes the respective motorcycle along with a one-year insurance cover along with free road tax and low-interest rates. BMW F 750 GS Offered With Discounted Price Of ₹ 8.99 Lakh

BMW Motorrad India's Chandigarh dealership is offering the BMW F 750 GS middleweight adventure tourer at a price of ₹ 8.99 lakh (ex-showroom, India), that is a significant slash in the retail price of the F 750 GS from ₹ 11.95 lakh (ex-showroom). Hero Electric has announced a limited time discount offer of ₹ 7,088 on the company's most affordable electric scooter, the Hero Electric Flash. The lead-acid battery-powered version of the Flash electric scooter now starts at ₹ 29,900 (ex-showroom, pan-India), and ₹ 32,710 (ex-showroom, North East India). Hero Electric has also announced PayTM benefits of up to ₹ 10,500 on its range of lithium-ion powered scooters and the Flash lead-acid version. Up To Rs 15,000 Discount On BS4 Hero Xpulse 200, 200T In India

With the BSVI emission norms nearing with every passing day, most car and bike dealerships have been in a hurry to liquidate the BSIV stock of vehicles at the earliest. Hence, it’s a pretty good time for the customers to purchase their favourite motorcycle at heavy discounts. The BSIV version of the Hero Xpulse 200 FI is being sold with a discount of Rs 15,000 and 200T, Xtreme 200R with Rs. 10,000 discount in Delhi-NCR.

Even the carburettor-equipped variant of the Hero Xpulse 200 is being sold with discounts of up to Rs 10,000. A similar discount is being offered even on the Xpulse 200T. At the moment, the Xpulse 200 is priced at Rs 98,500, while its FI version costs Rs 1,06,500. The Xpulse 200T costs Rs 95,500. So, basically, with as much as Rs 15,000 shelved off the sticker price, the Xpulse range of motorcycles come across as a great value proposition if you choose to purchase the BSIV version.

Big Discounts On BMW G310 R, G310 GS – Up To Rs. 96,500

As the BS6 deadline nears, manufacturers are offering hefty discounts to offload the unsold BS4 inventory, and one such two-wheeler manufacturer is BMW Motorrad; dealers of which are offering discounts of up to Rs 86,000 and Rs 96,500 on the G310 R and G310 GS respectively in Kerala.

Without the discounts, the G310 R has priced at Rs 3.31 lakh, while the G310 GS is retailed at Rs 3.85 lakh (both prices, on-road Kerala). Furthermore, dealers are also offering a BMW riding jacket, or a helmet with the purchase of the bike, absolutely free of cost. Both of the articles otherwise cost about Rs 34,000.

In addition, the first service of your bike will also be offered as a complimentary benefit. It should be noted that the aforementioned discounts are valid till 8th March. However, since dealers would be looking to offload the remaining BS4 stock, they would continue to offer discounts until stocks last.

KTM dealerships offer huge discount on BS4 790 Duke

KTM originally imported 100 units and the dealerships are now offering a huge discount to clear the final stock of BS4-spec units before the April 1 deadline when the new BS6 norms kick in. It isn’t clear how many units are available, but the number is likely to be quite low. Now at Rs 5.99 lakh (ex-showroom), the 790 Duke offers incredible value and this is more in line with the price that many enthusiasts dreamed the bike would originally be offered at. To give you an idea of just how incredible this price is – Kawasaki recently announced that the upcoming BS6-compliant Ninja 650 will carry an ex-showroom price of Rs 6.45-6.75 lakh. A price sheet currently circulating on WhatsApp shows a break-up of the discounted 790 Duke from the Mapusa (Goa) showroom. This suggests that the on-road price of the 790 Duke will now be just Rs 7.5 lakh.

The situation this time around is far less frantic than before (when the BS4 norms became mandatory on April 1, 2017) with both manufacturers and dealers being much better-prepared this time around. Still, there will be plenty of stock waiting to be liquidated, especially for the slower-moving products.
