Is there a cut in the sheet of 2nd door or its kind of scratch in black color.

If no cut , ask the body shop , not to use welding gun as much as possible.

We are in India and cant shoot them....

It is a cut not scratch. Infact the sheet has torn there.

Door needs a replacement. And the ASS doesnt have a stock of it yet. I had placed a order for the new door. Maybe in a weeks time i will be leaving her for the replacement of doors.

When there is a cut there is always a way to replace the door , generally practiced in workshop for cars with heavy dent. we our self cut for insurance.
Good that there is new door going in.

Update Time:-

Its been a long long time since i have updated the thread.

She is back after the door replacement and had a hell of time with the insurance guys and the service people. It took over 45 days to deliver the car left for door replacement

And now for the update:-

She is nearing her second service in a week's time. Done around 14500kms now in just 6months of purchase out of which nearly 1.5months was idle in ASS.

Finally got hold of the alloys. Its LENSO Samurai 100/108 pcd. Not 98 pcd.

Thanks man!!!! It was a hell like time when i sent her for the door to get fixed. And for the alloys its a Lenso Samurai. It was a limited edition one. Normally Lenso doesn't manufacture 14"inchs but this is a limited edition one and i was able to get just 4 not 5 rims either.

Nice set of alloys, did you even change the tires ? (upsize)
