Since running is 500-700, Petrol should be the choice.

If its Petrol, I would leave aside Figo from list.

i10 looks better choice.

In addition, look at Polo, Micra and Punto.

Test drive all, see which one you like more, buy that.

Checked Some:
i10 - Good Comfortable Car but a bit steep pricing compared to Figo and a bit less spacious
Figo - Spacious & Comfortable but worried about mileage & drive-ability
Researched some:
Polo - Not driven yet, but has a steep price for features and mileage a concern
Punto - Didnot like the cramping rear space and too steep a price for emotion pack (Stucked of Choice List)
Micra - Steep Price (Mot in my Choice List)

Thanks All for your suggestions !! [:)]
I finally zeroed-in on 2 cars and took TDs:

1. Hyundai i10 Sportz (TD yesterday)
+s: Good Looks, Good Interiors, Comfort, Ok Suspension, Driving Experience, Hopefully good mileage (expected 13kmpl in City)
-s: Less spacious, VFM I doubt as it is priced on the higher side as per me (with addeed accesories and coatings - 5.1 L), No Discounts (guess because it is very high selling) and Standard FOC Package (Floor Mats, Steering Cover, Mud Flap)

2. Ford Figo ZXI (TD today)
+s: Ok Interiors, Good Comfort, Good Suspension, Even Better Driving Experience, Zippy (understand not proven engine, but ready to take the risk), Spacious, Good VFM as per me (with addeed accesories and coatings - 4.8 L)
-s: No Rear Power Windows, can't say great looks (though family never wanted a very bold design like Beat or Ritz), Worrying Mileage of 11-12 kmpl in City, Just Small Corporate Discount and Standard FOC Package (Floor Mats, Steering Cover, Mud Flap)
I have decided on the Figo.. Let's see what my family says !!
Will keep updated [glasses]

Stretched myself to consider the Diesel Figo also.

Hyundai i10 1.2 Kappa2 Sportz with My Required Accessories - 5.1L
Hyundai i10 1.2 Kappa2 Magna with My Required Accessories - 4.9L

Ford Figo 1.2 ZXI Petrol with My Required Accessories - 4.8L
Ford Figo 1.4 ZXI Diesel with My Required Accessories - 5.7L

So going for Figo Diesel costs me atleast that 60-80K more (Figo Diesel v/s i10 Petrol). Is it worth?

Also heard from a friend that the Figo Mileage is 8 with A/C and 11 w/o A/C in City -- Disappointed

My Family is OK with both i10 & Figo except for the Figo Mileage and Ford Service Factors.

I GUESS i10 IS WHAT I NEED TO GO FOR !! [glasses]

Sorry to add to the confusion , but why have you left out i20Magna? Its looking good , classy interiors , good comfort , rear seat a bit cramped though. FE is good enough and IMO looks good too. TD this too! i20 satisfies all your top 5 priorities. The only disadvantage is its high dashboard , so driving it needs a little getting used too!
