Non authorised service center Delhi

My Etios(CNG retrofitted) is due for 40k service. Looking for a good service centre in Delhi. Don't want to take it to Toyota service centre, as last time when I did for 30k service, SE there informed that they are not much bothered about quality of service for retrofitted cars. I also noticed difference in quality of that service.

Any one aware of decent service centre preferably around Delhi cantt area would be great help.

Hello Anuj, Its really bad if Toyota ASC has such attitude. If you may please share the name of the ASC here it would help. As of the service center, there is 1 which can be helpful.

Toyota ASC was uttam Toyota. Sector 63 Noida. Any reviews of Ajay service centre. Think its with IOL petrol pump.

Thanks Anuj. I'll see to it that this issue of Uttam Toyota gets reported and sorted. Tomorrow itself this issue will be reported. Can you tell me name of the advisor given to your car? I had been associated to Uttam Toyota during start of my career.

Bangalore: There are bunch of good garages & mechanics around NS Palya Vega mall junction & Hulimavu gate junction on bannerghatta road who do some good & quick maintenance work very promptly at reasonable costs for most vehicles. For complex detailed tasks you would still be better off going to an ASC as these folks are not experts.

Mumbai, Dadar: I usually go to Prakash auto works. Its located in a building courtyard called Popatwadi on Ranade road. Contact person is Damu. My previous Wagon R wouldnt have been on the road for a year without him and I always go to him first before I take my new Swift to the MASS. He always gives me the correct advice. Which other mechanic will himself tell you to take the car to the service centre even though he knows how to solve the problem.

Like recently a truck on my left pulled at and turned the ORVM past the lock position towards the bonet and cracked the outer cover. The MASS told me replacing the cover with painting to match the body colour would cost Rs 1100. Damu told me to get the cover from a authorised retailed for Rs 170, then that it was not for the Swift, then he spoke to the retailer and got it exchanged, painted and installed in just rs 300 total!

My Verdict: Might be OK for a quick service without involving any major repairs. Not satisfied with the way they treat the customers..(might be a one off case but first impression lasts long)
Decided to stick with A.S.S for now(till a better option is available).

Thanks for the review. I was planning to go to them for having the clutch plates of my Santro changed and now have decided against it. Seems to be that the A.S.C is the only option now.

Nonetheless, search for a reliable mechanic or shed is on.. any idea about Auto Chenoy in Balanagar?
