Meaning of Tyre Readings

Can somebody explain what these actually mean as far as the tires are concerned?

How do you read these numbers?

175/70, 155/80
Ans. these are tyre designation codes present on every modern tyre marked by manufacture.
ex. 175/70
where 175 is the width of tyre in mm. and 70 is the ratio of tyres width to the tyres height.

You are absolutely right, but the query was already addressed 7 years ago.
I could understand your enthusiasm as a newbie, but instead of grassing the initial post alone, read the complete thread before posting.

Certain posts just to increase the individual post count doesn't add any value to the forum.

My query is
Std tyre size of my accent gle is 175x70x13 then
13 is according to rim
175 & 70 is variables by choice.

Q1) for my need of best comfort, safety, performance & the best fuel efficiency of course, what difference will it mk for changing this 175 to 165 or to 185?

Q2) & same with 70 to 65/55 or 85?
