Maxxis Tyres announces strategic partnership with Honda Motorcycle & Scooters India to strengthen its market penetration and customer outreach​

~Co-branded Maxxis tyres to be made available across select HMSI & Maxxis dealerships as a part of this project ~

New Delhi, January 21, 2019: Maxxis India, a sub-company of Maxxis Group, one of the world’s youngest and fastest growing tyre companies, has announced yet another significant milestone by collaborating with Honda Motorcycle and Scooters India Limited in a ‘unique retail partnership’. Under this association, co-branded Maxxis tyres will now be available for sale at HMSI and Maxxis dealerships.

Commenting on the development, Mr. Bing-Lin Wu, Marketing & Retail Sales Head, Maxxis India, said, “We are excited about this unique association with our long-standing partners Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India. This partnership demonstrates our strength and the ability to offer high quality products for the country’s leading two-wheeler brand and will allow us to reach out to several customers through HMSI’s robust network across the country. Our aim is to create a strong brand preference for Maxxis in India and showcase the range of innovative and technologically superior products to the customers.”

In the first phase of this association, co-branded M6000 tyres (90/100-10) will be available at select HMSI and Maxxis dealerships across India, the plan is to increase this further in the next phases. M6000 is an OE fitment to Honda Activa, this tyre is designed to provide extra strength and safety to the vehicles. To equip the dealers with knowledge pertaining to the products and services, Maxxis conducted training sessions in 20 cities across India, covering 650 Honda dealers.

Maxxis Tyres Associates with SUZUKI Motorcycle ‘Access 125’​

Maxxis Tyres’ partnership with SUZUKI Motorcycles & Scooter will enhance Maxxis’s product portfolio and enhance penetration pan India.

: Maxxis India, announced yet another association with SUZUKI Motorcycle India by being an OEM partner for its leading scooter model Access 125.

The New Access 125 BSVI compliant scooters will be fitted with tyres- Front: 90/90-12 54J M6302 and Rear: 90/100-10 53J M6303.

These tyres offer good stability, ride and handling with great mileage. Maxxis has already started production of these tyres in January 2020. Both these tyres are amongst the best in the industry and is known for smooth daily commute.

: Maxxis India, today announced another significant milestone by collaborating with YAMAHA in one of its kind retail partnership. As per the association, co-branded Maxxis tyres will now be available for sale at YAMAHA and Maxxis dealerships.

As per the development, Co-branded tyres of specification Fr: 90/90-12 M6307 and Rr: 110/90-10 M6220 will come fitted in 125 cc, BSVI compliant scooter range of Yamaha Ray ZR and Fascino and BSVI compliant scooter range of Yamaha Ray ZR Street Rally 125FI will come with tyres specification Fr: 90/90-12 M6309 and Rr: 110/90-10 M6310 will be made available at YAMAHA stores for after sales market as well.

Further, Maxxis conducted training session which is now integrated into Yamaha’s dealer knowledge and training modules.
