If you want, you can go for DRLs. Branded ones cost 5k, like from Philips. You cant get chinese ones worth 500 bucks also.
Since its a custom made it depends on the price in your area.

i too would suggest you to go for alloys . now a days seeing lot of swifts with stickers. these stickers really gives you head aches when you get any dent in the car.

i guess 14inch is enough for swift. some body touching problems in 15 inches.
