Maruti Suzuki Ertiga ZDi Bought: Ownership Review

Hi Friends,
After seeing the new Honda City- ICE, I am thinking why not I should get same sort of ICE for Ertiga instead of stock one. Now I think, why did I spent 10K on reverse parking camera and 6K for Jabra Freeway instead of that I could have bought a nice ICE which with all the required features.
My requirement is :HU which should be capable
1:Bluetooth
2:Touch screen (here I should be able to search songs from usb)
3: 7 inch
4: Reverse camera compatible.
5: It can take care of GPS, is there any android base where I can load sygic map.
6: Should able to play videos.
7: Good voice command.
8: It should be 100% compatible to existing steering control buttons.
9: Is there any android based?
10: No Chinese product, looking for a good and reliable brand.
Please advice on some more points:
1: Will I get any resale value for stock Nippon HU (ZDI model) or this HU can be fitted to Spark mid variant which is at home.
2: Can I use a nice android tab or even I-Pad. I am having Galaxy Tab 2 but can get a better one if needed for car.
3: Any chance for voiding warranty.

Engine No. is D13A-5033562
The car had Good Year Duraplus 185/65 R15 tyres.
Whether the above chassis no says the the manufacturing month as Feb and 2014 model?

Does Ertiga ZDi come with Aux or BT? i know it comes with USB only.
One correction, the blue tooth kit Maruti provides is not compatible only with new generation smart phones. When I checked at time of purchase, I was told the same and MASS recommended a Blaupunkt model which is an independent module all together. I didn't go for it.
I have found a simple work around - I use an AUX cable to connect phone through the AUX port & windshield mount for my phone. It kind of mimics the blue tooth setup and no issues with sound quality issues at both ends.

yes sir i used to do the same in Civic. but i had doubts on ertiga since i read couple of reviews that it did not have AUX. now this is reassuring.

I have noticed Rust in the Engine Bay.I had done the Antirust treatment at the time of taking delivery of the car. Its just 1 year and 3 months and the rust is very apparent. Does these parts also come under the antirust treatment ??

I have been loving driving my LUV. Done 12K Km in 8 months.
We all know good stuff, but I have some issues which couldn't be resolved up till now, if any one has solution to following please let me know. Issues are-

1. Because seats were removed to lay pvc floor mats it tends to vibrate. Have the SC to tighten the seats at floor.
2. The quarter glass rubber beeding need to be removed and refit or replaced.
3. Noise from dash. Did you replace stock HU? I had this and what I did is bought foam sheets and packed them well.
4. Good Year tyres are too noisy for true.
Additionally I had roof AC Rattles which I fixed today at SC.
