Maruti 800 Headlamp Upgrade - Need Help

You can upgrade your head lamps to 100/90.

You will get separate wiring kit. Wiring kit costs from 600 to 1200rs depends on the company (make). Bulbs each would cost 150.

I would suggest Minda,Philips and roots wiring kit, bulbs you can go for Philips, Osram or Hella.

Which part of B'lore you live.. you can do it your self its just clip on type.

If you don't have any other accessories, you can use 1000/90 bulbs it wont need a alty upgrade. Also your car doesn't have a A/C you can upgrade the lamps.

Go for Philips or Bosch wiring kit and relay.

Hi friends, Got a gift from a friend, Hella Day light 3700k H4 bulbs.

Can we use this in city ? Any rules to be followed ?

Could not resist myself, fitted them when for a test drive. The bulbs are better, visibility is also better.

Also the color of the bulbs are not blueish so no issues with cops.

Wow! what an upgrade. The road is really lit up very well. Can you post a pic of the difference between old & new. Just curious to see it.

Right head lamp - Hella 3700k bulb
Left Head lamp - Normal Philips 100 watts bulb.

Oh, but what is the problem when it rains, is it due to the whitish color of the bulbs ? I am planning to get same bubs for fogs too, whats your opinion.

It really looks good when the weather is good.The whiter light does suffer from problems in the rains though.What is the cost of the bulbs and is it a direct fit?

i exactly dont know what the problem is. in rains you will feel like driving without lights. i experienced it today
