Could you specify is it cable driven or motorised as from pictures we do not see any motorised lever for lid opening.

no its powered by actuator

Thing needed: master actuator, lid opening cable and mechanism (Mahindra Scorpio mechanism and cable cost rs 168)
Green wire: motor negative
Red wire: motor positive
Black wire: common for switch
Yellow wire: ON when the actuator moves out and OFF when actuator moves in
Blue wire: OFF when the actuator moves out and ON when actuator moves in
Hear I connected green and yellow wire so that if someone presses the lid opening switch continuously the motor won't get damage (by cutting the connection when the actuator completely moves in)

at present am working as a service engineer at mahindra so it is not a big deal for me to get an actuator. i think you can get it for car accessory shope.

Nice mod there, I have used cables. This seems more innovative.
Why not remove the screws and weld the clamp on to it. Looks much better.

I second Varun on this. Please weld the lid with the hinge from inside and get rid of the screws.
Just did this mod in my 118NE, but cable operated.
