Something always goes against my projects, always.
This time a Virus ruined the project [roll] I got Viral fever for past 1 week and getting recovered now. I will be leaving abroad in a couple of days and this project will be put on hold for next 4 months. Thank God, I did not inform the poor kid about this project, so this delay won't disappoint him.

Glued to this thread Mr.Boss waiting to see the End result. hope it turns out good. Best of luck
Thanks Buddy
Is the handle bar height going to be lowered? it looks quite high compared to the seat position.
Stock handle bar will be removed and the new one will be little lower than the stock one.
The scooty is in very good condition and I feel you could have kept it as it is, and ripped the engine and frame from some other scooter. Please make sure you are installing support wheels at least for few days as kids won't be familiar with the initial pull of engine.
I had a similar soft corner towards this Scooty, but the other ones were in a very poor state and I don't want to compromise on the mechanicals. So decided to use this Scooty.
Hopefully our Kid don't need any support wheels as he is already capable of driving Bajaj Krystal.
PS: Have you ever considered Vehicle Restoration as an alternated career choice.
Not as a career, may be as a hobby or entertainment [glasses]
