Mahindra is working to transform the sales and service experience with an immersive and experiential approach for its entire range of electric and conventional fuel SUVs.
  • Inspired by its Heartcore Design philosophy, Mahindra’s next-gen dealerships are set to offer a sophisticated, interactive, and tech-driven engagement.
  • The reimagined dealerships will feature Mahindra’s breakthrough technologies from the INGLO Electric Origin architecture to MAIA, the fastest automotive mind in the world.
  • The Sonic Studio Experience with a 1,400-watt, 16-speaker Harman Kardon system featuring Dolby Atmos. Plus, 500 specialists from premium brands will provide tailored consultations.
  • There will be dedicated service bays for eSUVs at service centers as well as expert technicians trained for handling electric vehicles and advanced tools, equipment and technology.
  • Predictive diagnostics tailored for software-driven vehicles including first-of-its-kind Remote Vehicle Diagnostics (RVD). A nationwide network of Battery Repair Centres will be setup too.
  • Mahindra is also launching CHARGE.IN, a dedicated EV charging vertical with 350+ experts offering charging solutions, including home charger installations to integration with DC charging network.
  • Mahindra’s Me4U App will offer eeal-time order tracking, test drive bookings, and vehicle insights even before delivery. Live vehicle status, remote controls, and energy management post-delivery.
  • To mark this transformation, Mahindra dealerships will host a nationwide celebration featuring personalised showroom walkthroughs, immersive test-drive experiences, and interactive tech showcases.
