There is this online petition requesting KA transport minister to consider yearly tax for out station vehicles. Please sign it if you find relevant. May be it save bucks for people in future .

Onus is on owner..........He has to prove the car is not in Bangalore from past 1 month.
I think they accept toll recipts etc
