Congratulations for the Linea buddy. The car looks like very well maintained and neat from inside as well. Just get that sticker off from the windscreen and a nice cover for your steering. And you should be good to go. What's the FE you getting?

Thanks dude. In dealership there was a lot of demand for this particular vehicle. One guy had TD before me and he was discussing with someone over phone and he was about to freeze the deal, by that short gap I paid the advance and the beauty fell in my hands.

Congrats on getting your hands on this gorgeous Italian beauty. Looks really well maintained from the pics. And the price at which u got seems unbelievable. A really nice deal IMO. A long highway drive in this car and you'll fall in love with the ride and steering feedback of this Fiat. Wish you munch many miles in your new drive. Congrats once again.

Nice car. I assume you have your mechanic check the engine.
Get the suspension upgrade from ASS. I heard its only Rs.11,000/-. I did a few TDs of used Linea diesels beginning of this year. Found the experience quite good and comparable to petrol sedans.
If you keep it for 3 years or more, then its a good buy.

Congrats on acquiring the Italian Beauty, Mr.Boss. Fiat’s make for a perfect buy in the used car market today (only for those who admire them though), thanks to the poor resale value. It’s surely one of the wonderful highway cruisers. From my personal observation, these are a few apparent things that demand a quick attention:
> “Lenia” Sports Windshield Sticker
> Uneven “Emotion” Badge on the Rear
> Steering Cover and Front Center Armrest
> Type-R (?) Sticker on Fenders – Looks Cheap
> Dull Headlamps (A common issue with Fiats?)
The dashboard panel gap on right hand side also looks a little wide. Anyways keep us updated. I look forward to the ownership review + more pictures soon.

@350z: Spot on. You covered almost all items, except the gear knob.
Covered 500km drive yesterday and here are the few observations,
- Engine noise is clearly audible and irritating till 60kmph
- 80 kmph to 100 kmph engine noise is acceptable
- Till 70~80 kmph I miss the punch from engine, after 80 kmph she pulls like a devil (in no matter of time she reaches 140 kmph)
- Steering gives more confidence to push her beyond 120 kmph
- Brakes are excellent
- Dead pedal is really useful
- Combination switch quality is better than NHC
- AC is chiller even at afternoons (though it is not a hot day, I could still feel the efficiency of AC)
Coming to the important part, FE
Covered 627 km after last fuel fill, guess what she drank today? 35L
FE: 17.9 kmpl (100 km City driving and the rest highway with not less than 100kmph speed and 100% AC) MID shows average fuel consumption as 5.5L/100km comes close to the actual figures.
This is the first time I'm paying Rs.1550/- for a tank fill![[evil]](https://www.theautomotiveindia.com/forums/images/smilies/Evil.gif "Evil [evil]")

Got insurance for her, costed less than 14k (New India Assurance)
