Rakesh, firstly good luck with your project, i hope you achieve great success.
My personal two cents, focus on the essentials to make it a true offroader, jeep has lineage and is a cult offroad vehicle - dont get distracted by the all show-no go mods. Parts should be available with a little search , however first find a mechanic who shares this as a passion as well - this wont be too difficult at Kochi.
Create a plan of what you want to achieve a Stage1, Stage 2 and so on. From a mod cost perspective it could be an endless pit - so prioritise accordingly and based on the vehicle condition.

Remove the bench seats and fix up new set of seats for the driver and co-passenger. We did that in our old MM 540 with the seats from Hyundai Accent. There is a scrap yard in kollam where you can get lots of parts. Will PM you the location of it.

If you are planning for some upgrade, I would like to suggest the upgrade; Hard top to give your jeep an elegant look. Watch out the video for better understanding. The TOP quality is much better and has lot of accessories.
