BS6 TVS Apache RTR 180 Gets A Price Hike Of ₹ 2,500


TVS Motor Company has silently increased the price of the BS6 TVS Apache RTR 180 by ₹ 2,500. The motorcycle is now priced at ₹ 103,950. The BS6 model was launched in March 2020 with a price of ₹ 1.01 lakh and that was an increase of ₹ 6,700 over the BS4 model of the same bike. There are no changes in the motorcycle in terms of design and features. The motorcycle continues to be powered by a 177.4 cc single-cylinder air-cooled engine which now makes 16.5 bhp at 8,500 rpm and 15.5 Nm of peak torque coming in at 7,000 rpm. The engine is now fuel-injected as well.

Harley-Davidson Iron 883 Prices Hiked By ₹ 12,000


Harley-Davidson India has increased the prices of its BS6 Iron 883 cruiser motorcycle by ₹ 12,000. The BS6 Harley-Davidson Iron 883 was launched in March 2020 at a price of ₹ 9.26 lakh and now, it is priced at ₹ 9.38 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). The Iron 883 variants in colours of Black Denim, Barracuda Silver Denim, River Rock Grey are priced at ₹ 9.38 lakh while the Scorched Orange/Silver Flux colour is priced at ₹ 9.89 lakh. BS6 Suzuki Gixxer 155 Range Gets A Price Hike Of ₹ 2,070


Suzuki Motorcycle India has increased the prices of the BS6 Gixxer and the BS Gixxer SF by up to ₹ 2,070. The Gixxer 155 is now priced at ₹ 113,941 while the Gixxer SF 155 is priced at ₹ 123,940. The Gixxer SF MotoGP variant costs ₹ 124,970. All prices are ex-showroom, Delhi. The motorcycles were launched in March 2020 at respective prices of ₹ 111,871 and ₹ 121,871. The Gixxer SF MotoGP edition was launched at ₹ 122,900. All prices are ex-showroom, Delhi.

BS6 Suzuki Intruder Gets A Price Hike Of ₹ 2,141


With the hike in the price of the Suzuki Intruder 155, Suzuki Motorcycle India has now increased the prices of almost all its BS6 two-wheelers in the Indian market. The BS6 Intruder was launched in March 2020 at a price of ₹ 1.20 lakh and it is priced at ₹ 1.22 lakh. The bike sees a price hike of ₹ 2,141 to be exact. Some two-wheeler manufacturers are trying to compensate for the current slowdown in sales with marginal increase in prices of their models. In the case of the Intruder 155, it is significantly more expensive than its closest rival, which is the Bajaj Avenger Street 160 ABS, which is priced at ₹ 95,000 (ex-showroom, Delhi).

BS6 Bajaj Pulsar 150 Receives Another Price Hike [Updated Price List]

Bajaj has introduced the second price hike for the Pulsar 150. However, this time, the price hike is marginal, with the ex-showroom prices of all three variants being increased by Rs 998 – 999 only. Until now, the BS6 Bajaj Pulsar 150 Neon was retailed at Rs 90,003, while the Single Disc and Twin Disc variants cost Rs 96,960 and Rs 1,00,838 (all prices, ex-showroom Delhi).

Bajaj Avenger Street 160 Price Increased; Now Costs ₹ 95,891

Bajaj Auto has increased the price of the Bajaj Avenger Street 160, the entry-level model in the Bajaj Avenger range by ₹ 1,000. The Avenger Street 160 now costs ₹ 95,891 (Ex-showroom, Delhi). This is the second time Bajaj Auto has hiked the price of the Avenger Street 160 since the updated BS6 version was launched in April this year. Even with the price hike, the Bajaj Avenger Street 160 is still India's most affordable entry-level cruiser motorcycle, and costs at least ₹ 26,000 less than its closest rival, the 155 cc Suzuki Intruder.

2020 Triumph Street Triple RS Price Increased By ₹ 20,000


The revised price is now in effect and the 2020 Triumph Street Triple RS is now priced at ₹ 11.33 lakh, which is an increase of ₹ 20,000 from its launch price. Interestingly, the price at the launch was the same as the price of the outgoing model. Triumph had also announced that it will defer the price hikes of its BS6 motorcycles till July 2020 but now that July is upon us, expect to see more motorcycles from Triumph getting costlier.

TVS Jupiter BS6 Gets Yet Another Price Hike


TVS Motor Company has yet again increased the price of the BS6 of the TVS Jupiter 110 cc scooter. All variants of the Jupiter receive a price hike of ₹ 1,040. The TVS Jupiter is now priced at ₹ 63,102 while the Jupiter ZX is priced at ₹ 65,102. The TVS Jupiter Classic is now priced at ₹ 69,602. All prices are ex-showroom, Delhi. It was just last month that the Jupiter line-up saw a price hike of up to ₹ 651.

Yamaha YZF-R15 V3.0 BS6 Receives A Price Hike Of Over ₹ 2,000


Yamaha Motor India has silently increased the price of its popular 155 cc full faired motorcycle, the Yamaha YZF-R15 V3.0 BS6 by ₹ 2,100. The BS6 compliant model was launched in India back in December 2020, at a starting price of ₹ 1.45 lakh, going up to ₹ 1.47 lakh, however, after the recent price revision, the motorcycle is now priced from ₹ 1.47 lakh to ₹ 1.50 lakh (all prices ex-showroom, Delhi). The prices vary depending on the colour option, which includes - Thunder Grey, Racing Blue and Dark Knight.

BS6 TVS Apache RTR 200 4V Price Hiked By ₹ 1,050


TVS Motor Company has increased the price of the Apache RTR 200 4V by ₹ 1,050. The motorcycle is now priced at ₹ 128,550 instead of ₹ 127,500 (ex-showroom, Delhi). At the launch, the price of the BS6 RTR 200 4V was ₹ 1.24 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) which is an increase of about 12,000 rupees over the BS4 model. For the extra price, the updated Apache RTR 200 4V got a BS6 engine, a new and better looking headlamp and new graphics. TVS had increased the prices of the Apache RTR 200 4V by ₹ 2,500 in May 2020 as well and this is the second price hike for the BS6 model.

TVS Motor Company has increased the price of the BS6 Apache RTR 160 4V by ₹ 1,050. There are two trims of the motorcycle. The RTR 160 4V drum is now priced at ₹ 104,000 instead of ₹ 102,950 while the disc brake version is now priced at ₹ 107,050 as against ₹ 106,000. All prices are ex-showroom, Delhi. TVS had increased the prices of the Apache RTR 160 4V by ₹ 2,000 in May 2020 as well and this is the second price hike for the model.

BS6 TVS Radeon Receives A Price Hike Of ₹ 200


The 2020 BS6 TVS Radeon was launched in April 2020 and the prices started at ₹ 58,992 and went up to ₹ 64,992. After a price hike of ₹ 750 in June 2020, TVS Motor Company has again increased the prices of the Radeon by ₹ 200, for all variants. There are three variants of the BS6 TVS Radeon on sale and the prices of the commuter motorcycle now start at ₹ 59,942 and go up to ₹ 65,942. Check out the variant-wise prices in the table below. 2020 Yamaha MT-15 BS6 Receives A Price Hike

Yamaha Motor India has silently increased the price of its 155 cc naked streetfighter motorcycle, the Yamaha MT-15 by ₹ 1,000, across all variants. The Yamaha MT-15 comes in three colour options - Metallic Black, Dark Matte Blue, and Ice Fluo-Vermillion, and at the time of the launch of the BS6 models, the former two were priced at ₹ 1.39 lakh and the top-spec Ice Fluo-Vermillion shade was priced a little close to ₹ 1,40 lakh (all ex-showroom Delhi). Later in May, Yamaha just increased the priced of the top-spec trim by ₹ 500, and now, after the latest revision, the motorcycle is priced at ₹ 1.40 lakh to ₹ 1.41 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi).
