iam really happy to see that our freinds are really gearing up for the meet. especially home made food idea is great.

at the begning when this idea was croped up i was wondering how friends will take it up this idea since we have different friends from differnt levels.

But I have never thought this will takenup so easily and things are getting in line very nicely.

Yes guys. That is it we want. Let us make it.

I will prepare Chappatis with Tomotto Thokku [My MIL's special]

So morning break fast we will have at vellore. Lunch we will share our home made food at the forrest for lunch. Evening snacks we will come back down to vellore again.

The following is the travel iternary for 15th from chennai



I request Mr. Varun or someone else to prepare the same kind of Iternary from bangalore.

For reference you can pls have a look at the maps posted by Mr. Appu. For your reference I am posting the same again here.





if it requires some more time to be at vellore to match both team's arrival time we can change it accordingly. the start time also can be changed accordingly. Pls suggest ideas freinds.

I think the Bangalore team can also latch onto the same itinerary, just with some modifications of start time..

We can meet the Chennai TAI team at Vellore for breakfast @0800, so the following is prepared based on that

0430 - Meet at Attibelle Toll Gate for Intro (190kms to goto vellore)
0800 - Meet with Chennai Team at Vellore for breakfast

.. Rest Same as Chennai Team ...

Just one thing. 0430 hours is not too early for bangalore team?. If neccesary we can slightly change the plan and meet at vellore around 9am instead of 8am. so that everyone will have some breathing time. Moreover we have planed for home made food for lunch. Friends require some time for this also.

And will it take 3 and half hours to reach vellore from bangalore? Sorry I have not travelled after krishnagiri towards bagalore. Moslty I would have took left towards mettur.

only 1 person confirmed and that too Mr. Ajith. Mr. Varun has confirmed 95%. Hope it will become 100%. We might expect lot of confimrations by this weekend.

I'll be there on Vellore itself on that Day,B'coz I got leave on 14th to prepare my car for the meet. So I'll go to Vellore from Chennai on 14th itself.
