Next week will be my final audition & I will be spending one complete day on ICE. So will call you that time.

I dont like Polk DB series. I dont find it crispier, its just very harder. I am looking for Mid in my system.. To say basically the vocals... To be precise & clear. I am not sure how to explain what i need !!

Not only the RJ's speaking in FM.. I am talking about the notes & pitches Ilango.. Thats why I told its hard to explain :)

I can give example of few tamil songs...

Evano oruvan yaasikiran in Alazhpayuthe [ARR]

Ethuvarai illatha from Goa [Yuvan]

Mannipaaya from Vinnai Thaandi Varuvaya [ARR]

It should be damn clear even in 80% of the HU volume. That is what I expect from my Car Audio system.

if you are looking for clear vocals, you should try mutant speakers. but price is on the higher side.

In simple you are keen in mid range and slightest treble and bass sides

Like in a sonyericcson head phone in walkman sets. Dealers said illusion/hifonics must work

Now contemplating between Focal, Morel, Polk, Illusion & Hertz.

Some how will be getting audition of all these. Right now, getting the contacts of these in chennai.

A small update for all!!

I have cancelled the order of Focal components.

After a shocking installation charges of 18K by an famous installer, my whole setup gone kaput!

I am planning to JBLify my Eclipse setup

Following is the final setup.

Headunit - Eclipse CD5030

Components - JBL Power Series 6560C

Amplifier - JBL 1004 or JBL Ref475A

Subwoofers - JBL 1204BR or JBL CS1215

Waiting for the final output.

of course, this is a decent setup.

instead of spending a bomb over one product & stinging on the remaining, you are buying a nice setup now.

the 1204BR comes with an advantage of a company built enclosure.

what about rear speakers & wiring?

I am avoiding rear speakers for now..

As I drive alone.. I feel its not required. May be will add up later.

Wiring, the local shops recommend 4Ga.

And I have a doubt? Should I replace my Stock wirings which is present in doors ?
