Thanks for all the route updates, hotel reviews & road/sign board photos.

Looks like for those going to Joshimath or Kedarnath, it may be a better idea to go from Delhi via Landsdowne & skip the Roorkee-Hardwar route, since you can reach Srinagar on NH58 faster?

Yes Delhi via Landsdowne is a good option to reach Joshimath but one should avoid Meerut city or cross it in wee hours as it is complete mess (heavy traffic) which waste lots of precious time.

How did the i10 perform?
Even with punny stock tyres i10 i never felt that MRF rubber is out of control of situation, 1.2L is gem of a engine with lowest power to weight ratio car pulls quite decently and require less gear shifts.

I am more than happy to drive this car on hills.
