I suspect fuel leak from my car

Whenever car starts, a small drop of liquid appears on floor below car exhaust. I don't see any drop from beneath the car during journey. This only happens when car begins to start. I am noticing this for last one month. My car is Chevy beat 2015. That's my second hand car.

I have some questions regarding this issue :
1. What is the cost of repairing fuel leak?
2. Can a car repair shop (who don't repair chevy car) look after my car?
3. Will my car insurance bank help me in this issue?
4. What dangers I might face due to this problem?
5. How do I avoid fuel leak from my car?

You said 'a small drop of liquid on the floor' - are you sure it is a just a drop of liquid and not petrol?.
If it is just a drop of liquid, then how you decide it was a fuel leak?

I dunno. I don't know it's color because it looks like water dropped on brick road. It happens when the car starts.
