How would you compare the performance of these bulbs to the OEM ones? In terms of brightness, light throw, beam pattern, etc.
Also, how do these bulbs perform in rainy weather?

These bulbs are much better than the stock one. OE are just not enough. The light is bright and slightly whitish, Throw is good and really helpful when driving on the highways. Didn't get a chance to drive in heavy rains ( our part is yet receive heavy rains). But whatever i have driven has been satisfactory than OE Bulbs.
Also heard that NB's tend to burn out quickly, which could be a costly affair, if goes out early.

Hey vengence.They are similar to what I bought.However the back ones in your case are separated.Mine are one piece covering the middle portion too.These are good nevertheless.

These are few mods i did to my Xcent..
1. Changed the Stock Alloys 14" with JK Amazer 3G 165/165R14 to Onyx Matt Black 14" Alloys with Yokohama S drives 185/60R14
2. 3M CF12 carbon Fibre Roof Vinyl.
3. OE Headlight bulbs to Osram Nightbreaker Unlimited
4. OE horn to Roots trumpet Horn
5. Top Gear Seat Covers (slightly Customized).
6. 3M CR70/RE70 Windsheild/window Tints.
7. OE speakers to Infinity Kappa Compo & Coax with 12" Infinity kappa Sub with an JBL Gt X646 4 channel Amp.

Wow,Car looks awesome.3M CF12 carbon Fibre Roof Vinyl that you fitted makes it look sporty. Wonder how it would look on my silver xcent.How much did you pay and where did you get it installed? Also, when I was driving late night yesterday, I wasn't very happy with the OEM bulbs especially when another vehicle comes from the opposite side. How much did Osram Nightbreaker Unlimited cost you ? I have seen your comment as to how they are better than the OEM ones. Could you post the pic of the beam if possible?

I was forced to buy them online as kappas weren't available locally. I bought them from Snap[deal at not so good price. Could have saved some money if my accessory store had them available.

Paid for my additional two years warranty @ HMP Chennai , on 20th July, Haven't received the warranty pack from Hyundai.

1250 KMs done , No problems observed so far.

Still looking for some good seat covers in chennai.

Looking for genuine seat covers for my xcent , but Hyundai so far sent only floor mats and body covers to its dealers. I am frequently checking with my dealer HMP chennai, but no use. Still waiting.

Hello members,

Went to Jeewajee anna nagar on saturday, It was raining heavily. Asked for Autoform covers for my Xcent. Color choices are not available, my option is to have plain dark grey without much of designs on it. He told me i have to place order and keep waiting for another 10 to 15 days to get that.
Then i checked this one from AUTOKAME , some how the guy at the shop convinced me for this. Though i didn't like the sporty designs, i selected this for the color(PINK) which matches with the interior color of xcent .
Paid 7200 for this along with a PVC mat for my boot which he says worth of Rs.300.

Hyundai Xcent S 1.2 (O) Accessories & Must Have

Hi,

I have just booked a Hyundai Xcent 1.2 (O) Petrol variant in Sleek Silver Color and will be taking the Delivery of the same on 15th Jan 2014 (Delayed cz of some religious reasons of my parents ). I chose to take 3M Teflon Coatinf for 3 years and 5 years 3M Anti Rust Coating from the dealer along with 0% Dep Insurance.

My Dealer (Hans Hyundai) was offering me Mats and Pads for 1500 which i thought were of no use given the quality i have seen. Also the seat covers offered to me were for 5900 (Normal) & 12000 (Bucket Fit), hence i even said no to the same.

I just booked Car Bumper Safety Guard Protectors - Black with Chrome Finish from Jazzmyride and I am planning to get Bucket Seats to my car along with 3D Mats and Pads for the car.

Can someone suggest a place in Delhi preferred in West Delhi where i can get them for cheap?

Also i travel from Janakpuri to Jasola (30-35 kms one side) and will be using my car to travel like once or twice a week as such is there anything i should take care of to ensure a smooth and pleasant ride. I have been waiting to buy a car since past 5 years so want to make it a nice experience.

Additionally what would you suggest to fit or keep in the car?

If you have not yet paid the amount then i would advise you to firstly check with the other insurance companies for what they offer for 0%dept insurance, you would save few grands buying insurance outside.
Secondly opt for 3M services from the authorised 3M store rather then from the dealers place.
For your other accessories queries let the delhi members pour their inputs for the better accessory stores to check at.

Folks its better to avoid underbody coating and rust coating as modern cars don't need it.

ask the dealer if alarms are present. these days even basic cars have alarms. otherwise you can install basic autocop or x security device for 5k-7k with remote
